Absolutely recommend working with Emily! Emily came into planning for our family trip to Italy late in the game due to previous travel planners not meeting our expectations and needs. Despite not having a ton of time left to gather accommodations/excursions, Emily jumped RIGHT in giving us a recommended itinerary with options for accommodations & excursions so quickly! Emily’s communication is top notch!! We had a few issues with our flights and delayed baggage which Emily handled with ease solving the problem when the airlines couldn’t (going above and beyond because Emily didn’t even book our airline tickets for us) and made an extremely stressful situation manageable. Her platform and app are also extremely easy to navigate and use, making it easy while on the trip to access all the wonderful recommendations and instructions she gave us for various parts of our trip.
