Payment Terms and Conditions
By booking a travel service or package with Voyage and Virtue Travel, you agree to the following payment terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

All payments are processed securely through our trusted payment gateway providers.
2. Pricing and Currency: All prices for travel packages and services are listed in United States Dollars (USD) unless otherwise specified. Prices are subject to change without prior notice until your booking is confirmed and payment is received. The price confirmed at the time of your deposit or full payment is the price you will be charged.
3. Deposit Requirements: For most travel packages and services, a non-refundable deposit will be required at the time of booking to secure your reservation. The specific deposit amount and due date will be clearly communicated to you during the booking process and on your invoice. Failure to pay the deposit by the specified due date may result in the automatic cancellation of your reservation.
4. Final Payment: The remaining balance of your travel package or service is due by the date specified on your invoice. This final payment due date is typically 60 days prior to your departure date, but may vary depending on the specific service or supplier. Failure to make the final payment by the due date may result in the forfeiture of your deposit and the cancellation of your entire booking. We will endeavor to send payment reminders, but it remains your responsibility to ensure timely payment.
5. Late Bookings: For bookings made within 60 days of the departure date, full payment may be required at the time of booking. This will be communicated to you during the reservation process.
6. Payment Security: Voyage and Virtue Travel utilizes industry-standard encryption (SSL/TLS) and security protocols to protect your payment information during transmission. Your financial data is handled with the utmost care and confidentiality.
7. Billing Information Accuracy: You are responsible for providing accurate and complete billing information, including your name, address, and payment details. Incorrect or incomplete information may lead to delays or cancellation of your booking. We reserve the right to verify billing information.
8. Failed Payments: In the event of a failed payment (e.g., insufficient funds, expired card, declined transaction), your booking will not be confirmed or may be subject to cancellation. We will attempt to notify you to rectify the issue. You may need to update your payment information or try an alternative payment method. Additional fees may apply for re-processing failed payments.
9. Cancellations and Refunds: a. All cancellation requests must be submitted to Voyage and Virtue LLC in writing (email preferred). b. The effective date of cancellation will be the date we receive your written notification. c. Cancellation Fees: Cancellation fees are subject to the specific terms and conditions of our supplier partners (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). In most cases, the following general guidelines apply: * Non-Refundable Deposit: Your initial deposit is typically non-refundable once your booking is confirmed, as it secures your reservation and covers initial planning and booking efforts. * Varying Supplier Policies: Many suppliers have tiered cancellation policies, where the cancellation fee increases as the departure date approaches. This could range from a percentage of the total trip cost to 100% of the cost for cancellations made very close to departure. * Supplier Contract Details: The exact cancellation fees for your specific trip will be detailed in the individual supplier contracts or terms provided to you upon booking confirmation. You are responsible for reviewing these supplier terms carefully. d. Fully Refundable Options: If you are interested in a trip with fully refundable components, please inform your Voyage and Virtue travel advisor in advance. While not always available for all services or destinations, we can explore options that offer greater flexibility and refundability based on your preferences. e. We highly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance to protect against unforeseen cancellation circumstances.
10. Amendments and Changes: Any changes or amendments to your booking after confirmation may be subject to additional fees imposed by Voyage and Virtue Travel or our suppliers (e.g., airlines, hotels, tour operators). These fees will be communicated to you before the change is processed.
11. Chargebacks: In the event of a chargeback initiated by a customer, Voyage and Virtue Travel reserves the right to dispute the chargeback and provide all relevant booking and transaction details to the payment processor. Falsely initiated chargebacks may result in the forfeiture of services, suspension of future booking privileges, and potential legal action to recover costs.
12. Currency Conversion (for international customers): If you are paying from a country with a different currency than USD, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates and/or foreign transaction fees. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled by Voyage and Virtue Travel.
13. Modifications to Terms: Voyage and Virtue Travel reserves the right to update or modify these payment terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on this page. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for updates.
